This is large because I love it very, very much.
Done in conte over three sessions of an hour and a half and a few shorter ones, working from a picture. I turned the pic to angle a bit, because the composition was boring as hell :3

This piece looks perfect!
But you should do less mushrooms and more figure drawings!
I know! It drives me crazy to realize that for all of the good stuff in my portfolio, I have a fundamental block like that missing. But everything is screwed up! I have no time at all for art classes between school and work ><. I don't have any landscapes, either. I might wind up going through dA galleries for pretty landscapes and doing one of those in pastel or acrylic or something.
Frustrating :/

Gorgeous job - I personally find Conte crayon difficult to work with - you did wonderfully here. Beautiful lighting as well as texturing... if I can use that word to describe it.
